Bill Herron Papers, . 1969-1980

Bill Herron (1943-) was a North Carolina-based author of poems, plays, and fiction. The collection contains drafts and published works of Herron, including typescripts of novels, novellas, collected stories, poems, and plays, letters, a 1977-1978 European travel diary, translated works, poetry reviews, songs, and other writings. Also included are tape recordings of an interview with Herron and his musical play, Stoney.
